Took this watch on a short kayak trip. Saved crucial battery on my phone, display was sometimes to read thanks to the black hands and background but then again kayaking and checking the time is tough. Love that it tracks the date, and for anyone hoping timezones the 24hr chronograph is a handy feature. The mesh band is also super comfy & secure
